Meaning of the name Glentertill
Glentertill is a name that combines three symbolic elements:
"Glen" - a deep valley, especially in Scotland or Ireland, is a space for development, a symbol of stable foundations and long-term growth.
"Ter" - from the Latin terra (ground, foundation), emphasizing the solidity of business decisions, but also the connection to the real estate sector.
"Till" - from the English till (to, up to the point in time or the event), symbolizing the consistent guidance of the client from strategy to implementation.
Combined, the name Glentertill means "The path from foundations to lasting success" - an idea that reflects the company's operating philosophy.

Real Estate Market Analysis

We prepare valuation reports as part of the real estate valuation process. Our property appraisers will determine the market value of the property based on market data, technical and legal conditions, and take into account the purpose of the valuation. We prepare property valuations for mortgage security, financial reporting, determining the sale price, determining the net asset value of investment funds, and for tax purposes.

Investment funds liquidation


Comprehensive support in the investment fund liquidation process
Our company specializes in comprehensive support at every stage of investment fund liquidation. A team of experienced experts provides effective support in managing the liquidation process, from reviewing and analyzing the current situation of the investment fund, through advising on the disposal of its assets, to distributing funds to fund participants. We operate with full respect for the law and transparency to ensure our clients' comfort and security in making decisions, and ensure participants receive the highest possible amounts during the liquidation. We will prepare a fund liquidation schedule and provide formal and legal support for the process. We will actively cooperate with the custodian function and financial auditor examining the fund's financial statements, and we will also ensure oversight of the execution of distributions to fund participants.

Valuation and sale of fund assets
We specialize in the professional valuation of fund assets and their special purpose vehicles. We professionally manage the sale of fund assets during the liquidation process. We eliminate conflicts of interest, ensure transparency, optimize value, and efficiently execute sale transactions while preserving the interests of fund participants. We begin by developing an asset disposal strategy, ensure ongoing collaboration with property appraisers and tax advisors, negotiate favorable sale terms, and continuously report on the progress of the liquidation process.

Final Settlement
We ensure the proper and timely performance of the obligations of the liquidating investment fund and the liquidator. We prepare a complete set of financial statements at the end of the liquidation, as well as reports required by supervisory authorities and fund participants. We settle tax liabilities, prepare information for participants, and archive documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

Ongoing reporting for participants and supervisory authorities
We prepare information for the liquidator on the fund's liquidation status, providing key information for fund participants, including information on assets being sold and the current net asset value of the fund per investment certificate or unit. We consider it essential to describe and disclose satisfied liabilities and claims still to be satisfied. Both supervisory authorities and participants expect minimized liquidation costs, commentary on the progress of the liquidation, and longer-term prospects for the process. As the liquidator's advisor, we will prepare the documents and information expected by all participants in the liquidation process.

Glentertill has extensive experience in corporate merger processes, both through the formation of a new company and through acquisition. Between 2021 and 2025, we completed nearly 60 merger and restructuring plans for faster companies liquidation. The most common reason for company mergers is operational synergy, which allows the merging companies to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness by sharing resources and skills. The second most common benefit is cost reduction in management and administration functions. In the liquidation process of investment funds, merging subsidiaries with parent companies simplifies the capital structure, reduces the operating costs of the group of companies, and streamlines the asset sale process.

Support with administrative procedures
Glentertill helps obtain the necessary documents, permits, and conduct administrative procedures so that the investment can develop without legal obstacles. Our services provide investors with the information and resources necessary to make informed decisions on complex issues in the land, residential, and commercial real estate markets.
