1. General Provisions
The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") specifies how personal data obtained from users, customers, and potential customers (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is collected, processed, and stored, which is necessary to provide services electronically via the website www.glentertill.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The Website allows the collection of only the personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered therein. Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR") and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

3. Method of data collection
We collect data through voluntary submission in documents submitted to the Controller in written, documentary, or electronic form in connection with the provision of services, or through personal and telephone contact with the Controller's employees or associates related to the provision of services and order processing.
4. Purpose of collecting personal data
Personal data is processed only for the purposes for which it was provided to the Controller, i.e., for the performance of the contract, communication (livechat, videoconferencing, contact form, etc.), sending the newsletter (after the User has expressed prior consent to receive it), promoting the Controller's offer, marketing, personalizing the Website for Users, debt collection, establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the contract.
5. Type of personal data processed
The Controller may process the User's personal data: first name and last name, name of the institution, correspondence address, email address, telephone number, Tax Identification Number (NIP).
6. Personal Data Processing Period
Users' personal data will be processed for the following period:
- when the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the statute of limitations for claims following its execution,
- when the basis for data processing is consent – until its revocation, and after the revocation of consent – until the statute of limitations for claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to running a business – 3 years (unless a specific provision provides otherwise).
7. Sharing Personal Data
Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities affiliated with the Controller, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller, e.g., e-payment companies, courier/postal service companies, law firms. Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
8. User Rights
A Website User has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). A notification of a User's exercise of the above-mentioned rights should be sent to biuro@glentertill.com.pl. The Administrator will comply or refuse to comply with the request immediately – no later than one month from its receipt.
A User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
9. Cookies
The Website does not collect information using cookies – session, persistent, or third-party cookies.
10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Users' personal data are not processed for the purpose of automated decision-making, including profiling.
11. Final Provisions
The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but the rights of Users will not be limited.
Information about the changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Website.
In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
